Roomfoss Control Systems Ltd Acquired by EXHEAT Group Ltd

 

Roomfoss Control Systems Ltd would like to announce that 100% of its share capital has been acquired by EXHEAT Group Ltd, one of the world's leaders in the design and manufacture of electric process heaters and associated control systems for Hazardous Areas.

EXHEAT and Roomfoss are an excellent strategic fit, the acquisition brings a wealth of experience in International Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Power generation markets to support Roomfoss to expand and leverage its expertise.
